Share your world 18th December

This week, Di is hosting and has posed some questions about festive gatherings. Here are my responses:

1.  Do you enjoy or get frustrated with the run up to the festive holidays?

The festive season, for me, is like a cherished chapter in the book of life, filled with pages of joy, warmth, and enchantment. It’s more than just a time of the year; it’s a magical space where the heart swells with affection and the spirit dances to the rhythm of shared moments and laughter.

What I hold dearest is the age-old tradition of gathering with my family. It’s during these festive embraces that the fabric of our togetherness is woven, creating a beautiful tapestry adorned with the threads of love and connection. The air is filled with the sweet melody of shared stories, hearty laughter, and the genuine warmth that radiates from being surrounded by those who matter most.
2.  Do you like family gatherings on a regular basis?

In our day-to-day, the usual family get-togethers can lose a bit of their sparkle. But let me tell you, when we don’t meet up often, there’s this special joy that just blooms. Those rare gatherings become like finding a hidden treasure—so magical and profound. It’s like turning ordinary times into something extraordinary, making each reunion feel like a real celebration. It just hits you that it’s not about how often we meet but the real heart-to-heart connection and love we share that truly matters.
3.  What is your favourite family memory?
My favorite family memories are numerous, but if I have to pick one, it would be the celebrations around my wedding and my brother’s marriage. Those moments are extra special to me, filled with joy and love. The union of our families and the shared happiness make these occasions my absolute favorites.

I also hold dear the times spent with my sisters during gatherings. I really miss those moments—the warmth, shared stories, and the closeness we felt. Each of these memories is like a precious gem in the treasure chest of my family experiences.
4.  Do you prefer to be a host or visitor for a special occasions?

I enjoy both roles, but so far, I’ve been the host for every party. As the elders in our family, everyone usually comes to us, and we end up being the hosts. While I appreciate the responsibility, I also look forward to the day when I can be a visitor. It seems like it would be a lot of fun to experience the festivities from the perspective of a guest rather than always hosting the party.

gratitude:Grateful for enchanting family moments and festive warmth, cherishing rare joys of infrequent reunions and precious memories as heart gems. Eager for the chance to be a visitor, thankful for diverse perspectives. Reflecting on this week’s questions fills me with deep gratitude for the richness family and festive occasions bring to my life.

My name is tuba, what’s yours?

Tuba ( also transliterated as Toba, tooba). Is a female given name of Arabic origin, common in Turkey. Muslims believe that it a tree that grows in heaven ( tūbā tree). Other meanings are pure, beauty, creator.

My name is tuba or tooba , not touba or toubha. I hate both the names. My dad named me tuba.

There comes a moment where we ask ourselves, who am I? what am I? yet I’ve always been quite confident in my answer. So really, I like to ask myself “What am I?”. Am I cruel? Am I selfish? Am I tired? Am I hungry?

I’m the daughter of hardworking women. I am a kind, fascinating and hardworking mother too. And want to do something through my writing. I want to touch the soul of my readers.

I have just now started writing, my love, my family and my self-confidence pulled my hidden talent. I believe strongly in myself and what I write. I script the essence of my own story in blogs. My thoughts And ideas are practical, useful and relevant to meet the challenges of change and forge ahead.

I also make lots of mistakes, that’s I couldn’t even count but we learn by our mistakes. These mistakes have somehow bought me here.

If you are struggling for your identity, start small. Grow through what you go through.. Keep in mind to arrive there is your ultimate goal. Never, ever feel low.

Finally, I’m done with this, it took a whole day to complete but I’m done. Woohoo…Hope you enjoyed it.

Tonight I celebrate love and sing myself

My elegance and affection is calm tonight

Like a calm sea, lovely and bright

Light gleams and moonlighting fair

Sweet as a heavenly night-air

I sat upon stairs waiting for him

Eventually, he arrived with the lovely charm

He stepped inside, letting the door thud shut

I move toward, run my hands over his face first

From the window a gentle windblown

Sending sprawling of blooms towards in

We had dinner after coffee together

I wished this evening stays forever

Losing all the weaknesses we fell in love again

Something good Started to began

It was a fair night

Everything I wished for, got after a hefty pleasurable fight.

I hope you like it, don’t forget to comment your thoughts on it. And read my previous post too. Thanks

My suggestion to repel from failure

Everyone sometimes suffers from failure but it’s very fine to face it rather than to not accepting it. In our life failure is a huge factor to become a successful person.

Everybody has their way of coping with their difficult times, I respect that, some may need to stay in bed all day the others will omit their anger on the punching bag but it’s totally fine. Below are the things that I did during my heavy time, it helped me out and I’m sure it might help you furthermore.

Cry, shout, scream and cry…..

Crying is not bad stuff. I feel hate when society says, “oh don’t cry!” but I think letting out all the emotional distress makes things accept easy thereon, Crying is one of the most healthy and natural habits to release emotions and if you feel like you need to cry, then you actually should but not in a public spots.

But seriously, cry.

Just cry. Let all the negative stuff come out. And then take a sip of water accordingly.

Start doing exercise:

Physical activity is important in multiple ways besides making you feel good. It reduces the risk of several diseases associated with aging including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoarthritis. Start exercise and the best is punching bags, use it to release all your anger stuff. Furthermore, being physically active gives positive vibes and a fresh feel.

Engage in mind activities:

When we feel heavy or feel annoying then one must try to enhance the ability to think abstractly, see relationships, connect the dots and develop problem-solving strategies. One might relate this to wisdom in later life. Or else just play games on your smartphone

Talk to someone about it:

Another apparent idea here is talk to your beloved ones.

Sometimes, we just need a kind ear to talk about it with. It can be your friend or family member or anybody else.

Hope you learn it beneficial during your hard time and tell me how you find a way from heavy times.

Thank you
